United States Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps

Junior ROTC is not just a class–it is an experience! Your classmates are not just
classmates—they are teammates, friends, and family! You will get out what you put in,
and will quickly find that being part of the Panther AFJROTC family provides you with
opportunities not available to the average PVHS student.

Our expectations and standards are high–we know you can achieve and surpass
them! We look forward to working with you as you move closer to graduation and to
becoming a productive and responsible citizen. We will always be available to talk with
you about any questions or concerns you may have. We expect you to be fully
committed to yourself and to our Corps as we work together to become the best version of ourselves!

Our program has been recognized as a HQ AFJROTC Distinguished Unit with Merit

The JROTC Program is run for the cadets, by the cadets. They occupy leadership positions within the Corps of Cadets and are responsible for day-to-day management of the Corps. As the Program grows, so will their responsibilities. This year marks the seventeenth time that we will have a Fourth-Year Honors Class. These senior cadets fulfill the functions of an Air Force Wing Staff. Although all cadets are challenged to follow and lead, they incur NO military obligations in this program. The JROTC mission is to: “Prepare Students Through Citizenship.” Our unit designation is NV-20011.

"I will not lie, cheat, steal nor tolerate those who do."
